Pathways to Supported Living

Relationships often change for stroke, brain injury and other neurological condition survivors. Survivors and their family members can become frustrated, confused and sometimes feel isolated. Relationships can become strained. Survivors and family need help adjusting to the changes that have taken place in their lives. Support groups offer chances to share concerns and support each other. Soon, friendships start to develop, renewing the encouragement and motivation needed for independence.
